It was an unforgettable experience! It was out of this world. We truly felt like it was an experience for our senses. One thing I can say is that the photos don’t do it justice. I tried to capture it but it’s not possible! You are immersed in another world and there’s so much to explore. You will feel truly relaxed. So many little nooks & crannies. Big kudos to the artists that created this space and the architect of course. And finally a big thank you to the staff who make the stay so enjoyable. Our biggest thanks is to Luis Poot who works as a waiter in the breakfast area Alixa - he’s a fantastic person and we enjoyed meeting him very much!! Thank you Azulik - what a place you’ve created!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place is pure magic. everything was amazing. I was hesitating to book because of the terrible reviews they have here, but after staying there, I can’t understand them. perhaps it comes from people that don’t understand the concept of the hotel or are looking for a complete different type of holidays… you won’t find a crowded all inclusive resort there, if that’s what you’re looking for. this hotel touched my heart and soul. It gives you the perfect platform to disconnect and reconnect. I felt so connected to myself, to the nature around and overall present and grateful. every corner of this place is specially curated and extremely beautiful. also the daily activities included for the guests are great. i tried the spa and it was exceptional. they have holistic treatments for the body, mind and soul. some of them performed by a shaman. everything was perfect, including the staff… the angels, security, the waiters, mixologists, hostesses, sommelier, bell boys. I was treated with love and care. I felt at home. I was so pleasantly surprised that I had to extend my stay. and if I could, I would have stayed longer. I will definitely come back.

Very different, cool concept, noting like we have ever experienced before.The hotel is pricey enough but a unique experience. Nice beach, Magy was awesome. Upscale clientele.

I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews on here. Y’all really sound like closed minded, entitled and rude people! We were so grateful for our stay here! This place was AWESOME & exceeded our expectations, from the extremely warm welcome from the staff who were so attentive and helpful, to the cleansing ceremony, and all the interesting activities and sharing of culture they had available to us. The rooms were well kept and out of a DREAM! Yes there were no lights, but IF YOU READ THE DESCRIPTION at all you’d know that (you reviewers who complained, it’s on you for not reading properly). The breakfast and massages were wonderful and you cannot beat the sounds of the ocean, being surrounded by wildlife, and experiencing mind blowing sunrises and sunsets! AMAZING place to relax, UNPLUG & reconnect with yourself and the one you love! I’d especially like to shout out Luis our guide/server for our stay. He was such a kind soul and so good at his job.

Azulik is a beautiful nature retreat in the middle of jungle. Beautiful design. Room was good size with air con and a fan, bathtub in the outside terrace. Candles at night in the room created romantic mood. The rooftop bar is amazing at the sunset with gorgeous views! All hotel guests get free access to the rooftop and the museum which is absolute piece of art. They do negative energy cleanse ritual for everyone arriving to the hotel. After that we had energy diagnostic workshop which we liked a lot aswell. In the morning we had a yoga class which was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and very aesthetic. Overall very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend for everyone considering to stay for 1-2nights.

Staff really went above and beyond to make us and our stay feel special. The rooms are out of a storybook and really comfy even if the amenities are somewhat primitive by design. The many wellness options gave us opportunities for self care and personal growth. Restaurants, food and musical entertainment satisfied all our senses.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Every little detail was amazing—the staff, the atmosphere, and the peaceful surroundings. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for our honeymoon, just the two of us. The place was calm, romantic, and truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!
